Special Account for Research Funds (ELKE)


The Special Account for Research Funds of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ELKE) was established in 1985 and manages research, educational, and training projects on an administrative and financial level, as well as their available funds (Public Investment Program, co-funded programs, grants, sponsorships, etc.), with the ultimate goal of supporting and developing research in the fields of the arts and humanities. 

The responsibilities of the Financial and Administrative Support Unit (MODY) of the Special Account include monitoring accounting and management transactions, implementing the decisions of the Research Committee, providing secretarial support, and making recommendations on matters of operation and development.
