Start by visiting: https://uvpn.asfa.gr
Step 1:
You need to install a VPN app. We recommend OpenVPN Connect v3, the latest version. It lets you import a ready-made profile that already contains all the settings you need. The download link is on the page above.
Pick the version that matches your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) and its operating system.
Step 2:
Once the app is installed and running on your device, click “Download profile” on https://uvpn.asfa.gr.
Then click Confirm.
Step 3:
Enter your login credentials when asked, then click Import.
At this step you can also choose either of these options:
a) “Import autologin profile”: the VPN connects automatically every time you turn on your device. We do not recommend this.
b) “Connect after import”: the VPN connects right after setup.
You may then see a “Missing external certificate” warning. You can ignore it by clicking Continue.
Depending on the options you chose, you will either connect right away or need to click the Connect/Disconnect button and enter your password again.
If it doesn’t connect on the first try, try again.
Remember to disconnect when your session is over.
You only need to do these steps once.
To connect again later, use the OpenVPN Connect v3 client. It starts automatically when your computer starts, and you can connect from here: (see screenshot)
On a tablet or smartphone, just open the OpenVPN Connect v3 app you installed.
