Lucas Loukidis was born in 1963 in Mytilene and moved with his family to Athens in 1975.
Studies

2018: National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), School of Architecture – Postgraduate degree from the Interdepartmental Programme “Design–Space–Culture.”

1991–1996: Athens School of Fine Arts – Degree in Sculpture under professor Thodoros Papayannis.

1996: Erasmus Programme – Sculpture studies at UdK Berlin in David Evison’s studio.

1982–1986: Piraeus University of Applied Sciences – Degree in Business Administration.
Teaching

Since 1998, he has been teaching at the A’ Sculpture Studio of the Athens School of Fine Arts (initially as a Special Scientist, from 2003 as Laboratory Teaching Staff – EDIP, and since 2017 as Special Teaching Staff – EEP).

1997–2002: Art teacher at the private school Tsoumani–Korilli.
