Catering
As long as they do not hold a bachelor, master or doctoral degree already, active students of the first, second and third cycle of studies of the Athens School of Fine Arts have the right to apply for free catering at ASFA’s restaurant, which operates at ASFA’s premises (256 Peiraios str.).

Applications for free meals are submitted to the Department of Studies and Student Affairs on dates specified following a relevant announcement on the Institution’s website in the “Student Affairs Announcements” field. The relevant announcements are posted on the social media page managed by the said Department (Facebook)
Meals are provided from September 1st to June 30th and in the event that an academic year is extended, the catering period is extended accordingly.
Meals are not provided during Christmas holidays, Easter holidays, public holidays or during other cases as set out in national legislation or decided by the Institution’s bodies.
Eligible students are provided with a meal card by the Department of Studies and Student Affairs, which is valid, in compliance with applicable law conditions, during the academic year for which it is issued.
Students who, due to a proven medical condition, cannot follow the existing catering program, can apply for a meal that will cover their special nutritional needs, after submitting the relevant medical documents to the Department of Studies and Student Affairs.
• Obligations of a free meal card holder
The card is personal and can only be used by its beneficiary. The right to free meals cannot be assigned from a beneficiary to a non-beneficiary and the use of a card by a non-beneficiary with a beneficiary’s consent entails the loss of the right to free meals for the academic year that the card has been issued. In the event that a free meals card is lost or its holder interrupts their studies or is dismissed, they must declare the loss or, respectively, deliver the meal card to the Department of Studies and Student Affairs within three (3) working days’ time.
Those not entitled to free meals can eat daily by paying the amount that is valid each time, and which currently amounts to 2.30 euros.
External groups, ASFA’s collaborators and visitors: daily amount 4 euros or 2,50 per meal.
