Theatre
The Athens School of Fine Arts has a theatre hall located within its premises at 256 Peiraios street (in the basement of Building D).
The main purpose of using the ASFA theatre stage is, on the one hand, to support educational teaching and, on the other, to develop it into a contemporary space for productive collaboration, artistic creation, and expression, through the implementation of exemplary artistic activities and events open to the public. Particular emphasis is placed on highlighting and supporting emerging creators (visual artists, actors, directors, dancers, musicians, choreographers, set designers, costume designers, writers, translators, etc.).
The ASFA theatre stage can host a wide range of cultural events, such as theatrical, dance and musical performances, exhibitions, symposia, conferences, lectures, seminars, book presentations, festivals, artistic workshops, and more, promoting the coexistence of the arts.
