itemprop=\"text\">\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of the Budget \u2013 Ordinary Budget and Public Investment Programme Budget of the Institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring of budget implementation at central level, as well as the budget of each educational unit of the Institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation and submission of the ASFA financial report in accordance with Public Accounting Standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of the Income\u2013Expenditure Report in line with Public Accounting Standards and submission for approval to the competent Ministries and the Court of Audit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversight and recommendation for the approval of the Budget, its Revisions, and the necessary expenditures by the competent bodies, and processing of the relevant approval decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment of the necessary appropriations for the implementation of expenditures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification of income, and monitoring of all bank accounts related to the Ordinary Budget and the Public Investment Programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendation on the necessary measures for the timely state funding of the ASFA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping of the required records and documentation, and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical data to the competent authorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance of the Register of Commitments and the Book of Approvals and Payment Orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaison with the Ministry of Education, the General Accounting Office, and all relevant public services, and dispatch of the necessary documents and updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of Forms E2, E3 and Form N (Income Tax Return for Legal Entities under Public Law), as well as payment of the corresponding tax and ENFIA (Uniform Real Estate Ownership Tax).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Annual submission via TaxisNet of income from business activity for all contractors who conducted transactions with the ASFA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly or annual submission to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue of the customer\u2013supplier tax data statements, and cross-checking with the corresponding data submitted by customers and suppliers for
