Autonomous Office of Rectorate Authorities and Public Relations

The Office of Rectorate Authorities and Public Relations provides administrative support for the Rectorate Authorities and is competent for the public relations of the School, in particular, the correspondence of the Rectorate Authorities, co-operations, meetings and contacts with the public, the staff and students of the School; tracking all press reports on the School and updating the Rectorate Authorities and is in charge of the responses; is responsible for signing all deeds or documents and also for their application; and, finally, adherence to the protocol of classified documents. The above office belongs to the General Directorate of Administrative Services.
